Weāre beyond excited to share that our flagship Fundraising IncubatorĀ is now officially accredited by the University for Peace (UPEACE)Ā ā the UN-established institution dedicated to global peacebuilding and development education. Located in Costa Rica, within the University for Peace, the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education delivers dynamic courses to leaders from around the world.
After a successful pilot run in 2024 under the name Fundraising Fellowship, we listened, learned, and co-designed the next edition to go even further in empowering grassroots changemakers. The result? A hands-on, community-centered program thatās now recognized by one of the worldās most respected institutions in peace and international cooperation.

š What does this mean for participants?
Youāll now graduate with a joint certificate from Bridging Gaps and UPEACE, giving your fundraising credentials even more global recognition.
The program still focuses on what matters most:
Proposal writing and storytelling for impact
Ethical fundraising principles
Peer-to-peer learning and mentorship
A strong community of fellow changemakers across the globe
Experiential learning - you will design and run your own fundraising campaign
Whether youāre a nonprofit founder, community builder, or just starting your fundraising journey ā this program is for you.
Our fellows have the additional opportunity to receive credit for the Fundraising Incubator, to count toward a Diploma in Social Innovation with the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education. This unique program brings together all of the practical aspects of starting and managing a purpose-oriented organization, from writing a business plan, to managing teams and creating a plan for ethical marketing.
