Meet Generous, a determined entrepreneur whose journey embodies resilience and growth. Three years ago, amidst the pandemic, Generous found herself unemployed after losing her job at a bakery factory. Undeterred, she seized the opportunity to create Highway Shoppers, a grocery business located in Katojo ward, Mbarara municipality, Uganda.

At just 19 years old, Generous took the leap into entrepreneurship, and her business has been steadily growing ever since. What sets Highway Shoppers apart is not only its unique offerings but also Generous's unwavering determination and the invaluable support she's received along the way.

Reflecting on her entrepreneurial journey, Generous acknowledges the challenges she faced, particularly in learning to delegate tasks and trust others. However, she recognizes that embracing her role as a businesswoman is crucial for the continued success of Highway Shoppers.
