The fellowship provides participants with hands-on training, capacity development, and real-world experience in fundraising.

1. Land preparation tools (iron plow, tractor rental, etc.)
2. Crop inputs (rice seeds)
3. Basic irrigation equipment (water pump motor, etc.)
